Privacy note

This covers the waitlist and the early-access app. A full privacy policy will replace it before public launch.

What we collect

For the waitlist: your email address, and anything else you choose to tell us in the form (first name, when your next group trip is, group size, whether you'd pay for the organiser plan, whether you plan trips for clients, and what went wrong on a past trip).

In the app: your email address to sign in, and the trips, stops, travellers and packing items you and your group add.

Why

To run the app, invite you to early access, and understand what group travellers need. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't send marketing beyond early-access news.

Where it's stored

In a database hosted by Neon, with the site hosted by Vercel and sign-in emails sent by Resend. These providers may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your details, email hello@awesome-itinenary.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
